You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our platform:
Disruption: Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected networks.
Harmful content: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content from the platform without explicit written permission from us or the relevant rights holder.
Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access or collect data from the platform without our prior written consent.
Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person, instructor, or representative of Damirel, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.
Commercial exploitation: Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform or its content without our express written authorisation.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content available on the Damirel platform - including but not limited to webinar recordings, instructional materials, graphics, text, video streams, and interactive tools - is owned by or licensed to Damirel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such content beyond the limited licence described herein.
5.2 Limited Licence to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, share, or redistribute content unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through the platform - including messages, questions, or materials during live sessions - you grant Damirel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and are solely responsible for it.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.
6. Webinars and Live Sessions
Damirel provides live and recorded webinar sessions as part of its educational offering. We do not guarantee that any specific session will be available at a particular time or that technical issues will not occur. Session schedules, instructors, and content may be subject to change without prior notice.
You acknowledge that live sessions may be recorded by Damirel for quality assurance, archiving, or future educational use. By participating in a live session, you consent to such recording where applicable.
Disruptive behaviour during live sessions - including but not limited to spamming, harassment of instructors or other participants, or use of offensive language - may result in immediate removal from the session and suspension of your account.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain features or sessions on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount in full.
7.2 Refund Policy

7.3 Subscription Renewal
Where subscriptions are offered, they may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
